Positive: Generally the personell was extremely quick and helpful and very nice. We got well informed and got very helpful tips for hiking, trains and restaurants. We really enjoyed the breakfast and to use the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The location was also very good and easily accessible.

Positive: This location was everything we had hoped for and beyond! Clean, quiet, with breathtaking views! Breakfast was very generous, with so many options! Everything I tried was delicious. Gardens are beautiful, one can tell the plants and flowers are loved and well cared. The stairs are not that scary, and this is coming from someone who doesn't have hiking as a hobby:-) Staff is very friendly and charismatic. The parking is easy and safe. I am very grateful to the host and to the staff as our staying really felt like holiday and for sure we will return!

Positive: Amazing accommodation in the heart of Riomaggiore. Breakfast each day was delicious (go early for the best selection) and couldn’t fault the staff. Loved the daily free minibar in room and our private balcony was so idyllic. We also loved the hot tubs in the evening after a long day of climbing steps!

Positive: I loved everything about Cinque Terre Residence! The property was spotless with beautiful views and surroundings. The hosts were helpful in every way, luggage, day trips, restaurant advice etc etc. I especially enjoyed the breakfast! Beautiful fresh fruit, delicious yoghurt, pancakes and lots more. The hot tubs were a great added bonus after a day on the trails.

Positive: Davide was so welcoming and helped us when we needed it. We had clean, comfy and spacious Superior room with its own terrace. The free mini bar with still and sparkling water which was topped up each day was so thoughtful. We were also given a bottle of prosecco on arrival! There were many delicious options to choose from at breakfast including fresh pancakes and croissants, local honey, fruit salad, cheese, meats etc. This family run residence is run with a sense of pride and attention to detail. I thoroughly recommend it those who want a stress-free stay.
Negative: Davide had given us a couple of taxi numbers so that we could benefit from a free luggage transfer to the hotel. However, we arrived early evening and our calls were not answered. Davide had thoughtfully given us detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel so we decided to walk. The hotel is halfway up the town which is very steep and has many alleys with stone stairways. We reached the hotel but it was a challenge even though we are quite fit. We stayed in early May, so the cooler mornings and evenings meant that we could not stay out on the terrace as much as we liked. I would have loved to use the communal hot tubs but, by the time we came back in the evening, it was too cold for me to enjoy this added luxury.

Positive: Zidane was extremely polite and helpful. He gave us good advice on where to go and what to see in Cinqueterre. The breakfast and room were excellent and I would recommend the hotel to visitors to the villages.
Negative: The hotel is not for disabled visitors as it is at the top of the village and there are many steps to get into and out of the village. Having said that the hotel was a little out of the centre which was extremely busy with tourists so it was nice to return to the tranquility of the residence at the end the day.
Summary: Interesting and enjoyable. To be recommended.
