Summary: Easy, straightforward check-in. The front door is very challenging to open and almost impossible to open with a bag. Not sure if it's a climate issue to keep cold/hot air out, but staff assistance in getting inside would have been appreciated at minimum.

Summary: There was a 300 dallor deposit on top of the room cost. That wasn’t stated in when first renting the room a fee that big should be stated at the beginning. Had to take the room because it was non refundable.
