Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beach site location New hotel Very clean Nice food selection (I often get food positioning and here all good!) Definitely would come back!

Negative: More like a suggestion to improve customer experience, like: - inform clearly that there is NO transfer to airport or taxi to Ciudad del Carmen - set up beach beds bit earlier than after breakfast - maybe keep the kitchen open longer during the weekends - have some extra bottles of wine :) - be more attentive, some times needed to ask 2-3 times for same things
