Positive: Lovely hostess, fantastic view, excellent sitting room & good breakfast. Hot tub & pool available - though we weren't staying long enough to make use of this. All very clean & nicely furnished/decorated.
Negative: Two stepped areas within the bedroom, which concerned me for bathroom visits in the night. & I don't consider a bathroom to be private if you have to leave the bedroom & walk along a mezzanine above the open plan entrance hall, which has uncurtained (barn conversion type) windows each side - even if the house itself is not overlooked. Thankfully we were the only guests staying

Positive: Dressing gowns for going along passage to bathroom. Lovely room for siting and a large room for breakfast on ground level. Host talked with us which we enjoyed Great view.
Negative: Flight of stairs in converted barn OK for us but we didn't check as we can manage Arrive in the daylight as BnB is down a lane and turn left.
