Positive: Beautiful location, good size. Felt at home straight away

Negative: Tv was blue, we didn't watch it much, but a good modern tv would make it perfect. The kitchen crockery dinning room lovely, but a nice set of cutlery fir a perfect dinner setting would also make it perfect. Small things

Positive: It was an incredible well conserves one hundred years old house. It was like a trip to the past with all the confort possible. Kathleen received us with a home made cake and bits for a nice welcoming tea and gave us all kind of information to enjoy the area. We were like home!

Negative: You need a car for everything but we knew that in advance so we were looking for that kind of quiet place

Positive: Stunning property inside and out with accents around from its original era. Had to book after being let down with another hotel. Really good stay overall. Kathleen is lovely and the home made bread cakes on arrival was a welcome surprise.

Negative: Beds uncomfortable and old. I think an investment in the beds mattresses would be a treat. Same for the wardrobes. Some had a musk smell because of the age. But understand that they want to keep them original.
