Positive: The location was accessible, the room was excellent, Molly is wonderful, friendly, accommodating to our different needs. Her attention to detail was extremely welcoming. Molly managed to switch up the breakfast menu to accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Molly suggested places to go out to see and restaurants which were exceptional. I wish we had more time to explore around the area. Molly is a great host. It's a great place if you need some peace and quiet to get away from it all. Norwich center is just 35 mins away. Also, the bonus point is that the farm also has charging point for our electric car. Definitely one of the memorable get away we have had for a while. Molly became like one of the friends. Thank you so much Molly for making our get away so much special.

Positive: Loved all the little thoughtful touches- fresh flowers in room, a little chocolate on the bed, travel toiletries were handy as had forgotten toothpaste! Breakfast was amazing- a fresh egg ( from the hens in the garden🤩) cooked breakfast with items from local suppliers. Thanks Molly it’s a delightful set up and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Positive: We loved absolutely everything about it. I've already written a review as we stayed the previous night too,but as we added a second night separately,Booking.com wants two reviews!
Negative: It was perfect. Nothing to improve on. Perfect location, perfect views,perfect accommodation,perfect host.Almost perfect weather! You'd have to be a right old grump not to love absolutely everything about it!

Positive: Molly is the most fabulous host, she has literally thought of everything. The room is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is delightful. We took our dog and on the back of the room is a securely fence area which made it stress free.
Summary: Perfect weekend getaway in a beautiful location and fab host.
