Positive: The weather was bad, so we had to stay 2 nights instead of one and the owners even made us a deal with the price. The room is huge, warm, clean and supplied with everything you can ever need. There's a kitchen box with utilities. The bed is comfortable and has spare blankets and towels. The bathroom is big and clean. The owners are super polite and friendly. Free parking in the street in front of the hotel

Negative: The city is build downhill on the mountain, so most of the town streets are sloping, which is fine for cars, but we were a bit worried to park the motorcycle in front of the hotel. The owner was kind enough to propose to move his own car so we can park.

Positive: Very comfortable room and lovely hosts. My wife had an accident and they drove us to the pharmacy for her meds. Safe street parking for motorcycles, there were several while we were there. Can highly recommend.

Positive: This is one of the rare 10s I have given on the platform. We got a free upgrade from the owner. The room was super clean and spacious! The bed and sofa very comfortable and it was very easy to settle. The air conditioning works perfectly, but there is also net on the balcony door if someone wants to keep the doors open. There is lots of light entering the room from the balcony and we never felt anything wrong. Congratulations to the owners.

Negative: The furni6is a bit 80s (wooden) and is not my taste! Another downside is distance from the centre (about 1km 10% walk), but that has nothing to do with the apartments. On the contrary there is "Mylos" a very nice taverna nearby.

Summary: A real 10 in Karpenissi.
