Positive: Very friendly staff clean and tidy good location for driving kids loved it secure and safe only point to make would be some laundry facilities would be great but the staff did offer to wash some things for us no complaints would definitely go back again

Positive: The best thing about the place is that it has a large court, with natural shadow and that it is very clean and generally very quiet. It is very easy to find, with good parking places. It has water both at the entrance and on the balconies so that we can remove any remaining sand and avoid carrying it in the rooms. The rooms are proper and cleaning is well preserved. It is close to some very nice beaches (only by car). I do not understand / and have not seen absolutely anyone walking to the nearest beach (it takes I think 10 min fully exposed to the sun and through some smelling and dirty lakes/ ponds). The people are very very nice and helpful.
Negative: The shower draining was conststly blocked and we had no tools to release it - I tjibk only after 5 days the cleaning lady tried to remove some dirt and we finally had 1 day good shower without all the water slowly draining and leaving dirt behind. The kitcken has the very minimum equipment, we bought a few consumables. The rooms are quite small, not suitable for 4. We were ok for 3 with a small kid. The nearest beach was not our kind - the water smells like a lake and the smell in the air is thick (from the ponds just next to it - still water, and dirty one).

Positive: The room and grounds were clean and very well maintained. The area was also quiet. The owner was so kind and helpful.
Negative: The location was more isolated than what we wanted wanted. We had a car so we were able to drive to the town and get what we needed. The location is not walkable to the town.
