Positive: We recently stayed at the resort for 2 nights. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there are several areas that could be improved. The breakfast was acceptable, though it could be better. One morning we came down for breakfast during the official breakfast hours, but many items had already run out due to the large number of guests. When we asked the chef, we were told that breakfast preparation had been affected because the staff had gone to sleep late the previous night. While we understand that operational challenges can happen, breakfast should be adequately prepared and available for all guests throughout the announced serving time. We did not have lunch at the resort, so we cannot comment on it. Dinner was simple and average. The resort has a children's playground, which is a nice feature, but unfortunately it appears neglected. The grass is overgrown, and the area would benefit greatly from regular gardening and maintenance to make it more attractive and enjoyable for families. In addition, the room lacked some basic amenities. Bottled drinking water should be provided, and more kitchen items such as plates and cutlery would make the stay more comfortable. On a positive note, we would like to thank Nasibillo, who welcomed us upon arrival. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. His hospitality made a very positive impression on us. We hope these comments help the management improve the guest experience in the future.
Negative: We also experienced an issue with housekeeping. On one occasion, we politely asked a housekeeping staff member to empty the trash bins in our room. Unfortunately, our request was ignored, and the bins were never emptied. We stayed for two nights and did not request full room cleaning, only the removal of the trash.
Summary: Overall experience was OK, I think we will come back and hopefully hotel services will be improved.

Positive: Very surprising accommodation with absolutely luxurious apartments and fantastic views. It is probably ideal for families with children staying for a longer holiday, thanks to the full board option, playgrounds, and mini zoo.
Negative: The quality of workmanship could be better in some areas, although everything was functional in the end.
