Positive: It's a good location within walking distance to the historic centre or to catch the bus to Cholula. The staff was very nice.

Negative: I stayed for 3 nights and no one once cleaned the bathroom or the room. People slept on used beds. The water running in the bathroom had a strong bleach smell.

Positive: The staff at choco Hostal is extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. David's cooking is fantastic. It was the best breakfast I had so far.

Negative: The price of the hostal is pretty steep considering what you get for it.
