Positive: This is a very nice structure just 10 minutes away from the airport and from Chios town, and just few minutes from the beach of Karfas and it's in a very convenient position to visit the southern areas of Chios. The structure is clean and the owner, Mr Kostis, is a really nice person. It's been a good stay!

Positive: The panoramic view is indeed fabulous 👌 The room's facilities are more than enough. Fan, air conditioner, hangers, space for storage, kitchen with basic stuff, TV, locker, laundry service, table and chairs at the terrace. It is located near the city ,a few minutes away from the famous beach Karfas. There is space for free parking. The owner really is one of a kind. He thinks every detail for offering a pleasant stay.

Negative: There is no shutter on the balcony door and there is a lot of light. It is a problem for someone who needs dark to sleep and stay asleep. I believe that with a renovation and the owner's abilities, this facility could become a luxurious accommodation.

Positive: Kostis, the owner of the property was a great person. Everytime we met him around, we were having long chats with him. He always checked on us if we needed anything. And the most important gesture for us was that, we had booked a room with garden view and he upgraded us to a sea view room overlooking Karfas Bay which was amazing, windy and fresh. The room was very spacey, neat and clean. It actually had everything we needed. The location of the property was great, up on the hill overlooking Karfas Bay, 3 minutes by car to the beach where there is an ATM, market, few cafes and restaurants.

Positive: - Comfortable air conditioned rooms - beautiful view from the back - great location just minutes walk from Karfas' idyllic beach. - the owner Kostis is very present and willing to help

Negative: The kitchen was only equipped with some extremely basic cutlery, there are two hot plates but nothing to actually cook with (no pots/pans, no knives etc), though the owner ended up lending us a pot on request.

Positive: The place is clean and comfortable, and is run by Kostis, who tries his best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The views from the hotel are incredible, although I had a garden facing room.

Negative: The shower was pretty small for me unfortunately.
