Positive: The location is very nice, the interior looks very stylish and it has everything you may need for your stay. The host was very responsive and helped us with check-in when we arrived.

Negative: The place needs a bit more cleaning, also we were a group of four and the sofa bed was not set up for us and we needed to do it by ourselves and put on bed sheets when we arrived in the evening. The bathroom door handle was broken on the outside and you could get stuck in the bathroom and not get out if someone wasn’t there to open the door from the other side.

Positive: The property is in a great location and has its own parking place. Also, it has everything I could think of, like kitchenware, dishwasher, board games, books etc. Moreover, the owner was very nice and helpful.

Negative: There was a mold smell coming from the bathroom and some towels seemed to be not clean, like a dog or cat has laid on them.

Summary: Great location and cozy property and with a little more attention to the cleanliness, it could become a great stay.

Positive: The apartment's location is great, you can easily take a walk in the park, eat at a nearby restaurant, reach the public transportation in a few minutes or shop in the nearby mall. Also, we liked the fact that the apartament was very spatious.

Negative: There are a few things which need to be refurbished or taken care of, such as the kitchen cabinets/furniture, as well as the bathroomware (toilet seat was broken, bathtub had some signs of ware which we initially thought was dirt). In one of the rooms, the sofa had some visible nails at the bottom of the wood panel, which are a real danger for little kids. The apartment was full of scented sticks, which we did not appreciate, especially because usually these cover other smells in the rooms. We could not use the wardrobe in the main bedroom. It was closed because the host had some clothes in it. There were virtually no high chairs to sit at the kitchen table, as the table was designed as a kitchen island, so it was quite hard to have a proper meal. Cleanliness was not the best either (Bathroom, windows)

Summary: We had a pleasant stay at the apartment, but expected more for the price we paid, considering all the improvement areas
