Positive: Beautiful home. Very new and mostly very clean. Good facilities. Good location.

Negative: Very hot inside as it was a hot weekend (28 degrees). Had to go and buy some fans as it was impossible to sleep. Very clean, however there were so many spiders and webs on the ceilings/curtains - at least 20.

Positive: Location was great, easy access to Chichester which is well worth a visit. The surrounding lakes were lovely for dog walks. The accommodation was well equipped

Negative: A few things were a little tired in the property. One of the armchairs completely unusable as the base was broken. The door of the inbuilt fridge had come away from the fridge itself so needs a new fixing and the double bed extremely uncomfortable causing back pain every day. Definitely needs replacing.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay, the location wonderful and well placed to visit local places of interest.
