Positive: Convenient location & nice apartment.

Negative: Maybe because it’s a new rental, but neither air conditioner nor wifi were functional. If managers can ensure hosts those will function I’d give it higher marks. Next renters should make sure they function before renting.

Positive: I like the convince location to my family,store,restaurants,cleanest, and the comfort of home.

Negative: It was very difficult to follow-up with all the texting in one thread. I was unable to gain entry to the build until a found someone to help. 7The bed was very Squeaky and a little hard for my taste and the refrigerator was loud sometimes.

Positive: Good location, clean, but heating system was a little finicky, different temperature in different rooms and the shower. Also there was no wifi included and the reception was terrible barely any connection at the place.
