Summary: Our family spent four nights at this big new house. The bedroom accommodation's were great. The three main bedrooms each had their own bathrooms. The third level was an open space that our grandchildren enjoyed as a play space. The kitchen is great (I would campaign to get cabinet pulls for our next visit.) There is one TV for group viewing in the main living room, a sound bar would be great since the space is so large. The neighborhood location is great and so convenient to everything. The host was very quick to answer any question. We plan to return!

Summary: We needed a long term place to stay, and wanted a place to LIVE. We needed a home and this was the perfect answer. Located in a beautiful safe neighborhood, literally minutes from the lake, from Old Orchard mall, a community center, grocery stores, and everything else we needed. Only a 5 minute drive to a park and ride for the train. The house was large and light, with plenty of room for everyone and then some. Very quiet despite proximity to everything. The house seemed very new and maybe they are still doing final touches (like needing to add drawer and cabinet pulls and adjusting window coverings) but nothing that really impacted our stay. Well appointed and with time it will only get better. Owner/manager was very responsive. This is literally somewhere I would consider living if I was moving to Chicago. LOVED IT!

Summary: We needed a place to stay while our house was under construction and this was the perfect spot. Plenty of room in the house to spread out for a big family, and was close to the beach and other fun activities. The manager of the house was very responsive and easy to deal with.
