Summary: Room was not clean. Stains on the walls, tape on the walls in the separate room of the suite. Only left towels for one person in a suite. Had to wake up the front desk representative for an early checkout. Several mistakes were made on my folio that had to be corrected.

Summary: Room and hotel were nice. Great location. We couldn’t check in to one of our rooms for a bit (even though we were called and told our rooms were ready) because the new employee was left alone and didn’t know how to add the room. Pool was closed for our entire stay. Unfortunately, the pool was one of the reasons we booked that particular hotel. It was hard to get a cup of coffee at the little “cafe” and when I finally did, it was cold. Beds were decently comfortable, but not great. The main draw is the location.
