Positive: The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Location was ok
Negative: There is an air conditioner unit on the wall but no remote for control. It was warm in the room when we arrived so had to open the windows. That would have been sufficient if it wasnt for the neighboring yappy dog that kept us awake until 1-2am each morning. If you are at light sleeper or cannot use earplugs, I would not recommend this property. If you can sleep through anything then its a nice clean room with comfortable beds (do let the shower run at least 5 minutes to start to warm up too).
Summary: Perfect except barking dog all night

Positive: We were met by the kind staff lady who helped us with the accommodation, she speaks English. If you come with a personal car, you can leave it in the house's private parking lot (It can fit about 6 cars). The guest house is extremely clean and and very well kept. Decoration was very nice too. We paid 225 RON for a 1 night stay with a card. Visiting in late October the weather was nice at 15C during the day and we enjoyed our lunch in the garden. Clean shared kitchen area. Overall the place is quiet and relaxing. The owner was a lady and she also spoke English and offered to make us coffee.
Negative: I am trying hard to think about anything that I didn't like, but everything was perfect to us! Perhaps the wi-fi password should be printed and not handwritten, because we had some trouble decyphering it.
Summary: Recommend! Clean, quiet and relaxing guest house 15-20 min walking distance from the tourist area
