This guest suite comfortably sleeps 7 with 2x king-size beds and 1x queen-size bed , 1x pull out sofa in the living room. All beds complete with freshly washed bedding.

Complimentary Wifi, Netflix, tea & coffee. Kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as microwave , fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher and other small appliances and wine glasses , mugs, dishes, kids dinnerware and cutlery.

We are happy to welcome families with children. A high chair , kids dinnerware and pack_n_play/play pen is available and free to use.
Swing outside in the backyard is available for older kids (guests have to supervise children at all times , we are not responsible for any injuries or miss-use caused by the swing!)

- our home does not have an A/C so it may get a bit warmer on our Summer days

There’s a free parking available right beside house that can accomodate two vehicles parked behind each other.

Please note that Outside of the House is monitored 24/7 for your safety.

There is keyless entry to the house with a code that will be provided to you after you book with us. - checking in instructions are usually shared with guest on the day of check in around 2pm.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house , patio and backyard for our guest's safety and security.

We are pleased to provide in-suite laundry to all of our guests , laundry detergent is included.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out and that our cleaning and maintenance team have time to prepare the home for you. Due to this, we cannot always accommodate early check-in requests.

Profiles that are new with no prior reviews or with only few reviews or have a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 are required to pay a $500 damage deposit. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation after walkthrough has been performed to make sure there are no damages to the property. This applies for instant bookings too, additional questions may be asked even after the reservation has been confirmed.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
