Positive: Nice kitchen. Two king beds. Deer roaming the property. Plenty of space. Attached garage parking.

Negative: We ran out of hot water right away, after only one short luke warm shower. The downstairs king bed is too firm. There was someone else’s personal belongings in different places around the house. We read all the instructions carefully and could not get the remote to the tv to work, ended up using the power button on the tv. Then could not control the volume. It would have been nice if there was some coffee in the house. Also, we were given the password to the Wi-Fi, but we were not given the name of the Wi-Fi and it took 3 of us a while to figure out which one it was. I texted our contact and never got a reply. We were requested to take out the trash, but we could not locate a bin outside and even asked a neighbor where to throw the trash. If that information could have been included along with the Wi-Fi name in the check in email, that would have helped us a lot. These seem like small things, but small things add up. In my opinion, the lack of hot water is the most important, and the difficulty with the tv was the second most important.
