Summary: The house was even better than the pictures, and it was immaculate. Location is terrific - every morning my baby and I would walk to one of many bagel or bakeries within a few minutes walk, and in the afternoons my big kids and I would walk to the beach and to get ice cream. Highly recommend!

Summary: We rented this home for our family of 8 for a family wedding. It was perfect for our family. Lots of space, perfect location within walking distance to downtown Wayzata, very clean, comfortable beds, great and prompt communication from Frederick. Would definitely rent again. Summary: The house was exactly as described. Open floor plan and large kitchen were perfect for our family of 5 to hang out in. Location is perfect to visit restaurants in Wayzata and Lake Minnetonka. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay at this house again.
