Brand new home ten minutes from College of Idaho, I-84, and eight minutes to family YMCA / Brother's park. Thirteen minutes from Sunnyslope wine country or the City of Nampa. Twelve minutes from downtown Caldwell with coffee/ice cream/yogurt shops and skating rink, steak house, etc. Four minutes to Mallard Park and five minutes to Lake Lowell.

Summary: Rental was very clean and comfortable for our group. Host was easy to communicate with. We came down for state track in Middleton and was a good location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: This property is extremely clean and the yard is well manicured. The beds are very comfortable, and all the kitchen appliances worked well. It's in a quiet culdesac near town. Exactly what we were looking for! Christine, the owner, was very helpful.
