Positive: Overall is good value for money! The room is decent in size, everything was clean and looked very authentic. It was a typical italian room within a period building. The bad reviews this place has does not do it justice. The host is approachable and provided useful information.

Negative: No major red flags. The pillows were a bit too flat for my liking, but good enough for 3 nights.

Positive: the place is in an excellent location, there is a laundrette, shop, bar and several good and cheap restaurants next door. the distance to the main square is 5-10 minutes on foot.

Negative: The only downside for me was that the bathroom was on several levels.

Summary: Perfect, recommend i hope back soon for private trip.

Positive: The location of the apartment was very good and in easy reach of key sites within Florence. The inclusion of the fan was very much appreciated during the humid spring day, the bed comfortable, and amenities that I would hope for. It was helpful to have a mini fridge in our room and there was sufficient space to place our belongings too. Definitely recommend Tito Trattoria just down from the place too.

Negative: It would have been helpful to have additional amenities.

Positive: The room was great for two people. I loved that it had a kitchen and a big space to stay at the room.

Negative: It doesn’t have air conditioning and it can get extremely hot in summer.
