Positive: Located in the nature, a lot of entertainment for kids, pools and surrounding, kind staff. I would stay again.

Negative: Home was a little bit outdated.

Positive: Loved everything about this place! If you have kids just go (must have a car). We stayed in accommodation all over Italy & this was probably our favourite. Location magical amongst the trees , restaurant had amazing food, entertainment for kids (staff amazing who run the kids events), our cabin was so cute & comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen, great little supermarket on site too. I had to drag my daughter away from the grounds just so we could do some sightseeing around Tuscany!

Negative: Only negative thing was we had to leave 🤨

Negative: There is no hair dryer in the room. The complimentary toilet paper, shampoos, and shower gel are barely enough for 1 night stay for 4 people, and we booked 7 nights... The market has very little choice of veggies, and there is no village nearby for groceries

Positive: We had an amazing stay at the Glamping resort. This was the best value for money. The best part for us was the animation team & the pool. Animation team plans so many activities throughout the day, especially for kids. The pool area was amazing. Very clean and so many water activities. The best was the water slide. We were there only for 3 nights so could not explore all activities. But maybe next time. Its in the middle of jungle so only accessible by a car. Ample parking space was there. WiFi as expected was a little slow and accessible in main areas but that is expected given the location. Frontdesk was helpful and quick to answer. Our cabin was expectedly very small but had everything we needed in such a compact area. All required kitchen utensils plus coffee machine were available. This was our first time at glamping resort so we did not equip well with toiletries. Better to take everything with you including toilet tissues as they dont provide them second time.

Negative: They could mention in advance that the guests should bring all toileteries. They gave sample complimentary supply but we ran out quickly. We did not know about this. But not a big problem. Many people visit here multiple times and they know what to bring.

Positive: Central location in Chianti. Just be aware that you need to drive about an hour to get to places like Siena, Florence, San Gimignano.

Negative: Facilities and accommodation are a bit tired. Pretty expensive for what it delivers. Pool gets very crowded. Food is of average quality. You can do much better in the area for a similar price.
