Summary: Very nice place, clean and spacious but the hot water broke while we were there. It seemed like staff tried to accommodate but since our checkout was that morning - they were only able to give us 30 extra minutes to shower. The water never got fixed however, so the thirty minutes really didn't do much to help. We had to take ice cold showers so be aware of that if booking in the winter. If not for that I would have given this a 5 star rating - the entire resort was lit up with Christmas lights and it was beautiful and snowy!

Summary: Room was great! Staff not very friendly or enthusiastic. Restaurant closed which was difficult with little ones. Pool was a good distraction. Games room could be cleaned up and made attractive. Great potential - needs some work!!
