Positive: The breakfast. Housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful.

Negative: Most of the staff were great but a couple who managed the desk need to learn to smile and try to be accommodating.

Summary: They did the best they could given the fact that a war is going on!

Positive: Nice big room with lots of space and everything needed for a great stay. We asked for second blanket, and the staff got it for us in shortest time. Breakfast was mediocre - nothing exceptional, but a nice option for a quick bite before going to explore the city. Also great walkable distance to the city center.

Negative: The room was for two people, so we expected two blankets on the bed already. Would be great to have a kettle in the room, especially in winter time. A bit cold, so maybe more insulation on the windows.

Summary: Loved our stay here - good value for our money, lovely room and helpful staff!
