Summary: I can’t say enough good things about the host & property manager!!! Upon arrival we had a slight issue, it was 11pm so we waited until the next morning to reach out to Sean. He was there to assist before we even finished our breakfast and followed up with us the remainder of our trip. The night before departure snow came and even with 4WD we were stuck. Graciously Cherie was able to accommodate use for an extra night without any fuss & was sure to make sure everyone made it back home safely. 10/10 would stay here again. Only note was that the place was a bit dusty, however it is a new construction & things take time to settle. It was the perfect place for our little family!

Summary: Perfect for our family. Fairly easy to get to. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking purposes. Very nice washer and dryer. All of the beds were amazing. Best mattresses ever in a rental. The views were absolutely amazing. Many family memories made.

Summary: Could not ask for a better place to spend Christmas in the mountains. Owners made everything so easy. The Cabin/house is so nice with everything you could need. Our stay was all we could expect and more.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood kid and pet friendly. It was clean and the owner put in the small details such as Christmas decor and hooks to hang all of our coats etc.

Summary: This is a great cabin. The view is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable. It was spacious for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids), which we enjoyed. It was so convenient to have 3 1/2 bathrooms with 3 showers. The location was perfect for us. It is relatively central to all the places we want to visit when we come to TN (GSMNP, Townsend, Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg). The kids loved the pool table. We will definitely check to see if it’s available when we plan our next trip to the Smokies.

Summary: As always, a stay a Cherie’s Chalet is one to remember. We used to come stay at her original chalet. It was so special!! We all loved that beautiful deck that looked out onto the mountains and valley. We missed that this time. But, the new chalet is awesome too! Love the colors!! Summary: Exactly as advertised. This place was perfect. View was beautiful. Cabin was secluded yet close enough to Gatlinburg, Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Plenty of room for our family.Owners and caretakers went above and beyond, and helped us out with some medical equipment. deliveries. Highly recommend! recommend!

Summary: we really enjoyed our stay at Cheris chalet its our first time staying in the new build,and it is a beautiful cabin and the view is the best.it was hard to leave but we will be returning the host is really easy to communicate with.
