Positive: Very friendly lady working at the front desk. She also came to bring us two steamed buns in the evening for supper. Room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a comfortable toilet with bidet and seat heating. Two free soft drinks in the fridge were included. The hot tub with hot spring water on the balcony was exceptional, with great views, comfortable, and private. Breakfast buffet was great, a bit of a mix of western and local food. Plenty of room for parking, both in front or in the adjacent street.

Positive: This hotel is great! Super spacious rooms, really comfy beds and our room had a great spa on our balcony. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Fully recommend!

Negative: The only challenge I'd say is the location and lack of restaurants near the hotel. If we didn't rent a car I think we would have had a real challenge in regard to access and finding food. This is only minor and probably the reason it gets a 9 not a 10. If it had a cafe or restaurant it be a 10 for me.

Positive: Staff were extremely nice and helpful! The vibe of the hotel is very chill. There are some heart warming messages everywhere. The hot spring at the balcony was big that there was enough for two people to enjoy together, listening to the river sound. They also provided fresh milk from Taitung and homemade soy milk for breakfast. Amazing experience and will definitely come back if I visit Taitung again. ;)

Negative: It's a bit of a pity that they don't provide dinner options, we need to dine somewhere else.

Positive: Such a gem. The staff are so sweet and there are so many charming little touches. It was lovely to have our own private hot spring bath outdoors with a view. Breakfast was also wonderful, healthy, plentiful, and with very nice coffee. The forest park nearby was also delightful. We can't wait to go back.

Positive: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, a bit away from the big hotels. You need your own transport to get to restaurants, shops etc. The rooms are spatious, comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a hot tub on the balcony, which was great. The wifi is fast. The breakfast is OK, but not exceptional.

Negative: Nothing, everything was good.

Summary: Very good hotel with a hot tub on our balcony!
