Positive: We booked the apartment and it is huge with a beautiful large balcony. Soufian was so welcoming, giving us amazing tips for essaouira and looking after our luggage post checkout in our final day. The breakfasts were superb.

Negative: We booked the apartment with the idea of cooking, however just to note that you need to buy food from souks which can make it more challenging so we ended up eating most food out. Therefore didn’t fully use the utensils in the kitchen so can not comment on quality.

Positive: Our room was very well appointed, clean and airy. The whole Riad was beautiful and its location was perfect, close to everything. The rooftop breakfast room had a fabulous view across the ocean.

Positive: Great place in a great location. All the staff were awesome, very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Room was really comfortable, plenty of room. Really quiet location but super close to the port, beach, restaurants. Nice courtyard/garden, and great terrace for breakfast

Positive: A very nice, well located little hotel. Well run by helpful staff, well maintained and serves a fine breakfast and all at an excellent price. Highly recommended.

Positive: The apartment was located centrally inside the Medina. Great view from the balcony, as long as you don't look down at all the garbage in the green area. Comfortable bed. It was very clean.

Negative: Unfortunately there was a lot wrong with this place. The kitchen was poorly appointed. Not even a soup spoon. No sponge to wash dishes, no coffee cups, no cereal bowls, no garbage bags. We asked for a sponge but ended up buying one. Gas stove ran out second day while making dinner. Broken salad spinner. Broken pans. No heat, except for the fire place which we had to continuously ask for firewood we even offered to pay. Very bad smell from toilet upstairs. Wifi did not work. Very noisy neighbors.
