Positive: Nicely refurbished unit and very comfortable, close to beach, tavern and food outlets. There is a sliver of sea view from the balcony. The single garage door has remote control operation which is a real bonus. The body corporate runs a tight ship. The surrounding grounds and pool were very well maintained.

Negative: Just note. While the unit is easy walking distance to the beach, the return journey may be challenging for the elderly or unfit, as it is up a hill.

Summary: A comfortable stay.

Negative: I was not able to connect my Nintendo switch into the TV as it was taped off and the price of the stay meant it did not come with linen.

Positive: Fabulous apartment, nice and modern, very spacious with natural light and really good walking proximity to the beach/Caloundra town. The parking was a bonus too and we loved the layout of the place.

Negative: The lack of linen was an issue for us, so please be aware if you are arriving by air you probably won’t have packed any bed sheets, bath towels or bath mats so please be advised they aren’t provided. We eventually found it in the small print but it’s not obvious initially so don’t make the mistake we did! Also, no bin bags, toilet rolls or basic amenities provided which was also a bit inconvenient if you’d expect toilet paper in the property - this is not stated anywhere so also important to know as we only found this out through messaging to ask as we couldn’t find any spare.

Summary: Lovely flat - but not great amenities!
