Summary: Im not exaggerating, if you dont stay here you will regret it for life! It’s fascinating and super quiet, we stayed in Room 8 which has a jacuzzi and it was perfect everything was super organized and clean and the staff was super nice her name is Helen she was super amazing and answered all questions! You have privacy and you will enjoy every moment in Chelsea Sun inn

Summary: Place is gorgeous however literally half my lights and neither fireplaces worked. Dont let that stop you from coming here tho it is a freaking gem!

Summary: This was our second stay at Chelsea Sun Inn. Traveling a lot for work, I hate being trapped in hotels all the time. Here, you feel like you are at home. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, the common area is gigantic and beautiful, there’s a pool and hot tub, and the grounds are spectacular. It feels like you are stepping into a private villa. The only advise, bring some snacks, drinks, and swimsuit. If you need coffee or tea, just ask and they will accommodate. There is a chef that you can have come in and make you breakfast. You just need to give notice. And it’s very reasonable in price. The staff is very nice. No hovering and there when needed.

Summary: Gorgeous views. Couldn’t get the fireplace to work and the ac didn’t see to work. We had to open the windows and there went any screens. Overall it’s a very pretty place and it was quiet.

Summary: This is primarily a wedding venue with only nine guest rooms/suites, but during the wedding off-season, it's a B&B, which I thought would be a nice change from a chain hotel. My room rate matched that of a Hampton Inn. Instead of the day and night slamming of spring-loaded chain hotel guest room doors, Chelsea Sun Inn has good-old wooden doors that you close yourself. Without all the boom-boom-boom of door slams at all hours, I actually got a sound night's sleep. What an unexpected pleasure! The staff was wonderful and attentive. The freezer in my room fridge had some accumulated ice that kept me from loading all my frozen goodies. I called to ask if a replacement was available and a new unit arrived at my door in under five minutes. If that didn't work they would have let me stash everything in the big unit in the main kitchen. Nice. The next morning I took my breakfast in the big kitchen, which is the oldest part of the house, built in 1811. I had quicker access to coffee! I could have eaten in the breakfast room or by the pool if I chose. All-in-all, classic charm in a peaceful, serene setting for the same price as a mid-level chain hotel. What is not to love? I'm going to do this more often. Thanks for being such a refreshing change from the cookie-cutter world of guest lodging.

Summary: Beautiful place to stay. My husband and I wanted a night out and this was fantastic. We stayed in the versace suite and it was beautiful and big. Great view of the pond. We will be back. Breakfast was delicious.
