Positive: Location and lay out of apt was great.

Negative: The PU of keys info was given on day before arrival, and was that you needed to get to convince store 10/12 minute walk away. Door of bathroom didn't work/stuck (my daughter experienced this first hand for 20 minutes, with no follow up from condokeeper.) We had rented for 7 nights, and upon arrival the three of us had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, 1/3 roll of paper towels, hand soap in bathroom almost empty, kitchen dish soap empty, no garbage bags, lights over island did not work, light outside on terrace didn't work, some of the pans offered were not induction compatible, and we were offered a total of 4 towels. The two fans supplied did not work (listing is posted as having air) then it was suggested that we go in outside storage area to retrieve portable air unit, which also didn't work and then we were told that "everyone in London is struggling with high temps". Check out directions had us walking the round trip of 25 minutes to drop key back at convenience store. And finally in a previous email we were told that we were not able to use the terrace that is featured in pics, after addressing this with condokeeper before arrival it was stated that we could use. I feel the key PU/Drop off should be disclosed. The lack of air disclosed. Truthful listing as to what they consider "essentials" disclosed. And terrace limitations disclosed. I will be seeking a partial refund.

Summary: Great location....poorly run property.

Positive: Great location, well appointed, comfortable.

Negative: Communication was good, but often needed to ask for more detail or information (ex. Had to ask where the rubbish chute was located after being instructed to take the trash there). We were told we could drop off luggage after 12, but weren’t able to reach anyone/make arrangements when the time came and had to pay to hold it somewhere else.

Summary: Would stay again, would recommend!
