Summary: My husband and I spent a week here with our three dogs while in town for a family wedding. I was able to work from home while my husband took the CTA into the Chicago office of his company. The home was lovely and well stocked with everything that we needed for a week away from home. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Darling home in nice neighborhood. Ten minute drive to Blue Line train, easy access to O'Hare, The Loop and Wicker Park/Logan Square. Beautiful backyard we never used because we were gone all the time. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Note to seniors, there are stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Summary: This was a great location and had a driveway so we didn’t have to park on the street! My only recommendation would be to update the coffee machine to a Keurig or Nespresso. Just couldn’t make a decent pot of coffee. However, it made us take a nice walk in the morning to the nearby Jewel with a Starbucks inside!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and set up nicely. Good neighborhood and close to bus lines to El. We stayed 6 nights and used public transportation and Uber/Lyft exclusively.

Summary: Came to Chicago to celebrate my sons’ 40th birthday, friends from Milwaukee came as well. The house was in perfect shape and close to my sons’ place. Alicia was very accommodating to my special requests. I am very grateful for that. Would definitely stay here again, if available.

Summary: Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is gorgeous. The listing said be out by 11AM, but host said 10AM. Pictures showed laundry detergent was available, but no where to be found. Ants in kitchen and living room, but understandable it being summer. We did enjoy our stay though.

Summary: We stayed a month in this house. It was a prefect location as we used to live in the area. I must say that if you are looking at this house please let me tell you that it has lots of stairs which might not be the best choice for people who are not able to get up and down stairs as the bathroom is upstairs or downstairs Also the kitchen which we used quite often is small but easy to clean. The yard was lovely. It’s a nice place and I would recommend it. I would also stay again. Thank you Aly

Summary: This property was overall pretty nice. We traveled with four adults and two pets. It would be nice if there was a gate at the back stairs to prevent pets from heading down there. The stairs are fairly steep. I know that Illinois recycles just about everything, but it would be very nice if there was a separate bin in the kitchen for recycling. It was not convenient to walk all the way outside and through the gate put recycling away. The upstairs bathroom lacked extra towels, there were no washcloths upstairs at all and there was only one hand towel provided upstairs. The picture in the listing showed a twin bed in the second bedroom upstairs and a queen bed downstairs. However, the queen bed was upstairs and now there are two twin beds downstairs. Just note that there is no bathroom on the main floor, only one upstairs and one in the basement. The fenced in backyard was very nice for the dog, but there were a few spots where they could easily get out. So you have to be careful in the corners. And since the back gate wasn’t locked so you can access the garbage and the garbage and recycle, the dog easily got out into the alley. It would be nice if there was a slide lock on the gate to keep it closed from the inside. Overall, we felt very safe in the neighborhood and the house was comfortable and clean.
