The master bath is nearly all brand-new, including the brand-new whole-house water filtration and softening system. Indy's water is very hard and unpleasant, so this is a big advantage compared with other homes!

Summary: Some communication issues with the host. S/he was responsive to issues once they were understood. Would suggest access to trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper shakers. Stairs are quite steep so that might get be good to note Suggest bath mats as floors became very slippery

Summary: We were in town for a tournament at Grand Park and were so happy to find this house instead of a hotel. My husband, our two teen boys and I shared the house with my parents and it was perfect. We enjoyed spreading out throughout the house. It was very clean and exactly as described. Located in a cute neighborhood and close to anything you would need. We will definitely stay here again in the future if possible.

Summary: Clean and comfortable. Well supplied. Very roomy. The patio and yard would be very nice in spring, summer, and fall. Both stairways could use handrails on both sides for us older folks. Also, be aware the top of the stairway is open into the upstairs hallway right next to 2 bedroom doors. Could be dangerous.

Summary: What can I say other than WOW! This home was exactly as it was described. Fabulously stocked kitchen, beautiful details in decoration, tons of space, beds were super comfortable, super clean, and all in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Absolutely beautiful backyard, with the most active squirrels! Grocery stores and restaurant options just a short drive away. We couldn't have been more happy with it! We look forward to visiting again next year.
