Summary: First, let me say this review is overwhelmingly positive. This house was a refuge when we needed one during termite tenting. This is the *cleanest* VBRO I've ever been in. There was a little bobble with the entry code, but it was resolved quickly once we got in touch w/Marc. The off-street parking is key in this neighborhood. We were able to bring our cat because online says pets allowed, though the house rules on the counter say no pets. Another confusing item is a listing online for a microwave, but perhaps it was in for repair. The furniture is attractive and comfortable, but we are old and have creaky knees, so it's a bit low for us. We adapted. On the positive side, it's easy to enter the house with only a couple of stairs. The TV is ENORMOUS, so it was fun to watch. The design style is minimalist, but could use some lamps in the rooms. The only option in the bedrooms are surface-of-the-sun bright chandeliers, or darkness. One final note: We researched staying at a hotel and our bill would have been roughly twice what Marc's house was. It was a tremendous value, and made transporting and keeping all our goods and pets (we had to bring our fish tank too) safe much easier than any hotel would have. We appreciate so much the decent hospitable VBRO owners who make their houses available.

Summary: Great place. Pictures are 100% accurate. House is very clean and comfortable. Everything you need, including a washer and dryer. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Close to lots of great food. About 10 minutes to Long Beach downtown and about 25-30 minutes to other beaches. Highly recommend this house and will try to stay again!

Summary: This was an amazing house to stay in! Very clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. The owners were very nice and willing to answer any questions I had. I will definitely book this place again if I am back in LA.
