Positive: Generally quiet Reasonable English spoken Smart TV Food presented well The view from the restaurant Complimentary 2 free drinks

Negative: The swimming pool was shut. There was an offer to use the swimming pool of their sister hotel. This info should be placed on the Booking.com website to let the customer know in advance. The room didn't appear swept initially. The outside porch doesn't get swept. Room cleaning is only done if you request it by door handle card. It should be automatically done each day without asking. $50 deposit asked for on checking-in They won't take it on a credit card. Straight from the airport so had no cash. Had to walk to an ATM. ATM only issues $100. Problem with them only wanting smaller bills. You get the picture. The location I wouldn't say is great. A walk or tuk tuk to get into the hot spots. Noise - even though I said it was reasonably quiet there was construction banging from the swimming pool area and from a new building being constructed behind the hotel. One evening there appeared to be Karaoke outside that finished 5am Room decor with concrete ceiling and wall and strange metal structures in room and bathroom not to my taste but didn't it affect my stay. Not a 5 star hotel as indicated but more a 3.8 star hotel

Positive: Nice roof top. Quite modern

Negative: The pool was closed and we were not informed about it, they asked to deposit cash in case of any damages or to leave our passports as guarantee because we didn’t have any cash (absolutely ridiculous). Air conditioning too noisy and the remote in Chinese only.
