Summary: Great, old-style Maine island inn. The beadboard walls, wraparound porch, comfy furniture and spectacular views all add up to make it feel like a classic Maine getaway. The staff is amazing, and attended to our every need. Can't wait to go back!

Summary: 2 nights as a couple while the kids are away. The location and hotel surroundings are nice, but the rooms are old and not well maintained. There is however a great porch with ocean views

Summary: The location is perfect with the golf course right next door and sitting up on the hill overlooking the harbor. The restaurant serves wonderful meals, one of the best lobster bisque we’ve ever had. The wrap around porch is awesome with heaters. In saying all this, the inn needs some TLC. Our room had paint chipping on the walls and all around the shower. The shower head was awful. There isn’t a main door to the front desk and the one our driver brought us in was like we were walking into a shed, very weird . We will go back to the restaurant but we wouldn’t stay over.

Summary: The staff was great, we had an excellent dinner, and the porch and "living room" of the Inn are great places to hang out. The rooms desperately need updating even just to replace rusty furniture. The room also wasn't very clean, including noticeable amounts of hair on the floor and a greasy mirror hanging in the bedroom.

Summary: Quintessential old coastal New England Inn. Lovely property with dark hardwood floors, tongue and groove walls and ceiling fans to move around the cooler coastal air. The rooms are small but clean and available with or without private baths. The inn offers a restaurant with excellent farm/sea to table menu options. The wrap around porch provides amazing sunset views and views of the harbor and golf course. Spotty WIFI and no TV’s ……. So don’t come if you need to be high-speed connected but a great place to tune-out for a couple days!!!!
