Summary: The property is tucked back in a little wooded lot. I was actually very relaxed in the little basement apartment. It was clean and the washer/ dryer was a definite bonus. The bed was unexpectedly super cozy and comfy. Communication with Host was quick and easy. I had issues with the getting in, my own fault for not reading instructions properly, and also with remote and they walked me thru it. The best thing is that Stevens Realty let me stay an extra night due to unforeseen delays at my next destination. All in all great for the price and would most def stay again!!

Summary: I stayed for a couple of weeks while checking out the Knoxville area as a place to move to. The management team was extremely helpful and professional. They allowed me to check in a couple of hours early which allowed me to do a virtual interview which was scheduled prior to the check-in time...it was most helpful as doing a zoom interview from a car in a parking lot isn't exactly ideal lol. When I arrived it was a pretty cold stretch of weather and I asked if I could have an additional space heater. I was shocked when within 30 minutes a maintenance employee dropped off one... incredibly fast and prompt service... especially for after hours. The apartment is basic, but had everything I needed. The price can't be beat. I would definitely stay again! Strongly recommended.

Summary: Nicest and cleanest of all Stevens Realty stays but when the door batteries went out it took about 21/2 hours to get someone out to replace them.
