Positive: Great location near the ferry and 5th Avenue. Nice area.

Negative: There's no air conditioning in the house. Only the guest rooms have air conditioning. No breakfast. The kitchen is very spartan and old. The bathroom furniture (in three different rooms) that I stayed in need renovation. The price is a bit more expensive for Playa del Carmen; you can find something better.

Positive: Location was great, near to the beach and shopping mall, etc. İt was very quiet.

Negative: Bathroom was a little old and some running water noice was coming from somewhere. They did fix it later though.

Summary: İt was a great location. Clean & simple yet enough for a short term stay in Playa del Carmen

Negative: No fridge in the room (we didn't read the specs too well). Construction going on next doors from 8:15 till quite late.
