Summary: It was a very peaceful stay. We enjoyed it very much. The room was one of the best we stayed so far. And the view .. absolutely magic! Would return in a heartbeat. Restaurant options in the village if you have a car.

Summary: Perched on a mountain overlooking the emeral green landscape of the property and San Jose, Chayote Lodge is a gift from the gods. Beginning with the friendly greeting by Roberto upon arrival to the breathtaking view from our suite and then to the gastronomic delights in the dining room, this boutique with individual suites is paradise. Where else can you be lulled to sleep and awaken to the sound of birds and flutter of butterflys all around you. We can't wait to return.

Summary: Very quiet, peaceful place - with a fantastic view from the rooms. Food was good as well, and Chayote the dog greeting us was an added bonus.

Summary: Just a brilliant but expensive boutique hotel. Suites are all based on coffee receiving stations and are brilliantly designed. Food pretty good. Views to die for!! Only issue is they need a pool
