Summary: Loved the property. Staff, food, service was all top notch. Lots of surprises, all nice- it was my son’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake, so nice. The property has its own water shuttle so easy to get to local attractions.

Summary: Overall room was good and very spacious. Unfortunately the smell of the stale cigarettes in the room was awful. We couldnt wear the gowns supplied as the smell of the smoke on them was sickening. Beds good and bathroom ok but the hotel is showing its age. Nice being on the river.

Summary: We always have a great stay at Chatrium. Staff always take good care of their guests. This time I think the housekeeping deserves the praise the most. They are always helpful and attentive to our request. The greeter and the staff at the roof top bar were also lovely. We had a great time there. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast restaurant need some training though. They did put other people at our table. Twice a waitress tried to take the plate away from me while I still had food on my plate. I am not sure why they’re so hurried. The gym needs some improvement. My husband said it was not well-maintained and the equipment was missing.

Summary: We booked 2 rooms for this stay and also being a returning customer i was not expecting this. One of the rooms was ready whilst mine had to wait for more than 2 hours to check in. The rooms are great though. It is huge and although not adjoining it was "connected" by the balcony. The breakfast spread is great. Better than the previous stay. We thought the ferry to Icon Siam is complimentary but was told that we had to pay a fee to bring us over to Icon Siam. Anyway, the stay is as always, very pleasant. I would be going back to stay even with these little set-backs. Location of the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit although you can get connected via the BTS Thanksin Station.
