Positive: Lovely hotel, great staff, wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend! The beds are great & the air conditioner was a lifesaver in 32C heat!

Negative: The hotel didn't require prepayment. However, I kept getting a message from booking saying your card is not valid and I had to keep updating my card. As a result, my credit card was charged three times. I think the hotel took these payments as a deposit. The hotel says it canceled the two payments but the refunds have not been made to my card yet. We asked for an extra duvet at the reception, they said they would leave it in our room. When we came to the room in the evening, there was no duvet. We went downstairs again and reminded them. The attendant gave us a duvet and a sheet. He said you take care of it. When we came to the room, a winged insect came out of the duvet while preparing it. We stayed one night and left the hotel. We were not very pleased with the hotel both because we paid too much and because of the insect

Positive: Very clean hotel in a good location near our family. We were pleased there was a lift as well as stairs.

Negative: The walls were thin so we could hear people in neighbouring rooms. A fridge would have been appreciated.
