Positive: Beautiful, clean hotel with very nice staff. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Negative: Everything was great overall, but we wish the restaurant on Sunday stayed open longer. It closed at 2:30 PM, which seemed a bit early, especially for a hotel where most guests are travelers who might need access to a proper meal later in the day.

Positive: First we found we had wet sheets on our bed. Secondly we found there wasn't a bar or restaurant open on Sunday. I couldn't make the coffee machine work.I managed to get water all over the tray. Front desk came and offered a move but it was already late and we weren't anxious to pack up and move. We did get dry sheets. This morning I found the hand shower had a broken hose which shot water all over the room. Found an over head shower that did work. Our breakfast was expensive but very good. Bed wasn't very comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Paid too much for what we received.

Positive: Loved the parisian feel, the staff were 10/10, location was 10/10, facilities and activities were 10/10, us and the food or more specifically the evening meals were about 7-8/10. Overall it was a beautiful location.

Negative: When it comes to the geese on the property they didn't bother us. Although the pathways were a bit messy - perhaps somebody could carry a water container on their back and spray more common foot paths on a regular basis but again they didn't bother us to any great extent. The food, more specifically the evening meals were about 7-8/10. But breakfast menu had good choices and great coffee.

Summary: Overall experience relaxing and enjoying the space was 10/10. The staff were the best!

Positive: Beautiful property which is maintained with love . Excellent caring staff . And this property has lots of staff which is an indication of their commitment to excellent service. The restaurant was beautiful both inside and on the terrace with good value and very good food.
