Positive: Location is fantastic. Sits on top of a hill looking out over the various valleys. Many seating areas make it possible to enjoy all weather and all skylines. Appears the property has been recently renovated with modern appliances, etc.

Negative: Furniture cushions outside are old and weathered, need replaced. Amenities inside are minimal but adequate. Could use lotions, makeup mirrors (IN the bathrooms), and trash can in the upstairs kitchen. Used a chair as an end table. Dining table chairs are old, wobbly and need replaced.

Summary: Beautiful place in wine country to return to and relax.

Positive: It was spacious, had a lot of options for entertainment. Cool backyard. Close proximity to most wineries.

Negative: There were a couple of things that were not in great condition in the game room. The place is very strict about noise which was not great due to us wanting to play music on a home speaker inside the home and being unable to due to neighbors having an issue with it.
