Positive: This is a great location in the middle of the wine lands (note, this property is not on a wine farm but the drive to get there is beautiful). 25 min drive to the main town of Telavi. Dinner was great but a bit overpriced so recommend eating out if on a budget. Not any/many restaurants around so its a good drop and go place. It's perfect for a getaway but not for a family as there is not much else to do besides relax.
Negative: The place was a bit run down. It looks kid friendly but the kids play area could lead to injuries. Facilities in the room are lacking and the bathroom has an odour. So again, great if you just need a place to sleep. Recommend having your own vehicle to get around.

Positive: Very friendly stuff, great food, authentic experience, Keto feels like family. Best breakfast in Georgia.
Negative: On pictures it looks much better than in reality. But you get what you pay - you can not expect 5 star hotel if you pay 40€ per night for whole family. Dinner costs 50gel. It is expensive, but homemade and really good.

Positive: Staff has no change money so better bring exact sum otherwise they let the rest as a tip. Surrounding full of small barking dogs all the night.
Summary: Rather would go wild camping then this again.
