Positive: I liked everything, especially how attentive the staff is towards kids, dogs and adults. Something I’ve never seen in Czechia before (service) and would definitely recommend.

Positive: The spa treatment was the best. Haven’t been so relaxed in over a year. The attention to details was amazing, from amenities in the powder room to reading glasses in the bistro. The service was superb across all departments, from the front desk to the restaurant. The hotel itself and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. It was truly a blessed escape from reality.
