Positive: Exceptional hospitality and service - we arrived post kitchen closing time and they still allowed us to order in advance and have dinner when we arrived! Very good food Nice pool and nice garden You can do karaoke if you want :)

Negative: Soundproofing of rooms - a bit of noise in the rooms

Positive: The breakfast was pretty good. the pool looked okay. There is Netflix already logged in from some Polish guy's account.

Negative: the price is too high for what it offers. we got put in the wrong room first, it looked really weird with a super strange inconvenient layout. They we finally managed to change rooms to the right one but it had no balcony. The room is literally called "deluxe room with a balcony" but none exists. The shower was pretty dirty and had someone's hair.

Positive: Excellent host and staff. Great location overlooking the Caucuses. Good room with good shower and balcony. Secure parking. Swimming pool. Karaoke facilities should you wish, the host is a great singer. It is a very relaxing experience. The food is delicious, portions are large.

Positive: The location is good for our visit to the Kakheti region. The manager of this property is keen to provide good hospitality services. However the other staff maybe members of owner are not up to basic standard and seriously lack of smile.

Negative: We report to the staff that the lighting in the living room area near the balcony did not on or burn out of so, it resulted in we do not have lighting in the living room area, we informed the staff, he did come to our room just confirming it cannot be turned on and asked us to move inward near the bed if we want lighting !!! The breakfast time is starting from 9:00am, a bit late for us, as informed by the staff, however when we go the breakfast lounge at 9:00am sharp, we were told to comeback 10 minutes later without informing us the reason and with cold faces. Therefore, we gave up our breakfast on the second day of our stay !!! Dear manager, you need to do something on these kind of services.
