Summary: One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The staff were very accommodating and the gentleman at the concierge, who helped us with our luggage was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The views are stunning and the hotel itself was just beautiful.

Summary: Great view of lake lucerne and the city. Room was spacious but A/C couldn't handle the heat. Bring your own fan for a backup. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The fenicular from the hotel was very handy and free.

Summary: What a treat to stay in such a beautiful hotel. The rooms were great with a large terrace overlooking the lake. We had a couple of small issues with our room which were dealt with very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Lots of stairs from the Funicular but gorgeous property overlooking Lucerne.
