Summary: Upon first arrival- It smelled like wet dog on the first floor especially the back bedroom. The downstairs carpet was pretty soiled. The place is in a great location and the property with pool, hot tub, and grills are great. The dvd player didn't work and the wifi was really spotty. Luckily we had a hotspot on someone's phone to get a few things done. I did tell the woman about the issues when I checked out, but she didn't even write it I don't know if Mammoth Sierra knows about the problems.

Summary: Prompt service help when refrigerator was not functioning properly. Was fixed promptly but still seems to be tired and old and barely working properly. Also got quick service in replacing DVD player that was not working. Overall a good experience.

Summary: Wonderful stay at Chateau de Montagne. Unit #1 was spacious, clean and well stocked for a large group. The location was perfect. We could walk to the movies, grocery store and restaurants. Also, there is a jitney stop right in front of units.
