Positive: Grounds. Pool (when properly functioning). Outdoor games. All 23 able to sit down together to eat. Proximity to coast. Friendly local village shop. Secure fencing around pool and stream.

Negative: Pool maintenance - most of one day lost. Many wasps (inside as well as out). The gas oven in one wing did not function effectively.

Summary: Excellent house and grounds but experience slightly spoiled by the lack of the pool on the final day

Positive: The appartment was very cozy. We feel like we had everything we needed. The location was great as well. As soon as we got on hold with the owner of the appartment, the communication was good. We also got an early check-in, which highly helped to spend more time on the beach

Negative: The communication with the agency “Direct Broker” was terrible. They send only standard emails with not specific details about appartment. If you ask them anything telated to your reservation, they don’t know anything. Luckily, we received the phone number of the owner.

Positive: The apartment was really close to Old Town, about 10 minutes walk and really easy to find. Everything was really clean and all the basic things were provided as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and always replied to my messages quickly. There were two very small problems with the shower door and TV but the hosts fixed these within an hour so really appreciate them. I will definetly consider staying here again if I visit Dubrovnik again.

Negative: It would've been better to have double size blankets but it wasn't too bad with single blankets. The apartment is also next to a busy road but it gets quieter in the night so not that bad.

Summary: It's a great apartment!
