Negative: No carpet outside the room to wipe feet on to remove sand and dirt before entering. Toilet didnt have a seat cover

Positive: Great Filipino breakfast with egg and rice. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Appreciated the location. Quiet, confortable bed.
Negative: Problems:no toilet seat, unreliable hot water, many stairs.

Positive: The staff were so thoughtful. We arrived in the evening and they really waited for us. They also asked us if we have already booked a tour and if we have transpo back to the city as we will not be able to catch the last bus from Carles due to the length of the Isla Gigantes tour. On the next day, they were so kind to assist us where to go and who to speak to. The property is just 2-minute walk from the terminal. We rode a Ceres bus to Bancal and followed google map, leading us to the property. It is also walking distance to Bancal port.
Negative: There were cats roaming below the tables while we were eating. I am just scared of them so I had to eat my breakfast fast.
